1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Vatvocate Intelligence you agree to these Terms of service. The service is operated by Dzień Dobry Podatki Sp. z o.o. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Vatvocate Intelligence searches CJEU VAT case law and generates drafted answers with cited sources. Answers are provided for informational purposes, are based on publicly available judgments, and may contain inaccuracies.
3. No legal advice
The service does not constitute legal, tax or professional advice and does not create an advisor–client relationship. You are responsible for verifying every answer against the original judgments before relying on it.
4. Accounts & usage limits
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Usage may be subject to daily query limits according to your plan.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dzień Dobry Podatki Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the answers provided by the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
